Chat Heroes have recently implemented a reputation 'strategy' into their business - after being introduced to the power of Reputation Aegis. This platform is the cornerstone of strategy, as the automation and future integration with our CRM system is future proofing the work! Reputation Aegis takes a little time to get your head around (me anyways) - however when you realise that it 'scans' third party review sites including: Google; Tripadvisor; Trustpilot; Facebook; and nea...rly 90 other uk sites (around 600 globally) - and creates 'controlled' viral social media posts automatically.. It is SO MUCH MORE than just a review site/platform - check out your online reputation - I dare you!!

An excellent company to work with. After two years of researching reputation platforms and discovering their predominantly USA based focus and many limitations, I was delighted to have made contact with Jean-Marie and Reputation Aegis. With my analytical data background, it is great to see Reputation Aegis is using feedback and reviews to gather and collate customer intelligence data to help companies make more informed data-based decisions. The company concepts, direction and features are revolutionising the customer intelligence industry to set new standards in monitoring customer care, There was a popular UK advert with Victor Kiam saying he loved Remington shavers so much he bought the company. I love Reputation Aegis and am now the UK Partner, as my pockets are not deep enough to buy it.

Οι Κριτικές συλλέγονται μόνο εάν ο χρήστης είναι πιστοποιημένος. Τυχόν ανώνυμες κριτικές δεν δημοσιεύονται.

2. Επόπτευση:
Οι συμμετέχουσες φίρμες και εταιρίες δεν έχουν το δικαίωμα να τροποποιήσουν ή να διαγράψουν κριτικές
Προτού δημοσιευτεί μια κριτική, οι φίρμες ή οι εταιρίες μπορούν να απαντήσουν στην καταγγελία του πελάτη. Αυτό βοηθάει στην επίλυση του ζητήματος πριν η κριτική δημοσιευτεί
