        I'm not usually a fan of car dealerships because they can be super pushy, but my experience with Hartlepool Motor Company was absolutely amazing! Elliot was really honest and helpful about the car, even sending more photos when I asked. They even dropped the car off for me since I couldn't find time to pick it up, it looked outstanding when it arrived. And when there was a small issue with the brakes, they didn't hesitate to fix it, which just shows how great this company is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

                    Bought a car from HMC and the whole experience was spot on from start to finish. Dealt mainly with Van, Steve and Elliot and they were sound and know their motors — easy to talk to, no pressure, and great finance deal - they just got everything sorted properly. The cars are high spec and seriously impressive - mine was exactly how it looked in the advert — if anything even better in person. You can tell they take pride in what they're selling. Everything was smooth, quick and hassle-free which made it a really good experience. I noticed one small mark and Danny was out to polish it. Really happy with it and can't fault the service at all. Would 100% recommend and I'll definitely be back !!

Following on the rest of the sale and collection went very smoothly, initially with a phone call to discuss details of timing, agreeing a date and so on.                                   Fantastic service – I would highly recommend. Living on the Isle of Man, the choice of cars - particularly Mercedes models - is quite limited, so we decided to search in the UK. Unfortunately, after a couple of bad experiences with sellers claiming vehicles were in great condition, only for family to inspect on our behalf to find otherwise, we were left disappointed - especially given the value of the cars we were looking at. We ended up putting the search on hold for a few months. When we started looking again, we came across a car at Hartlepool Motors. Although we were initially hesitant, we decided to give them a call, and we're very glad we did. Elliot couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating, especially considering we were travelling from the Isle of Man. With delayed and cancelled ferries adding complications, the team was incredibly understanding and flexible with our viewing times. We spoke with several members of the team on multiple occasions, and every interaction was friendly, professional, and helpful. When we finally visited the garage, the car exceeded our expectations - it was fantastic and exactly as described. Needless to say, we were more than happy to proceed. Payment was made, and we were driving the car away within an hour. For anyone with any doubts, I would highly recommend getting in touch with Elliot, Van, and the team—you won't be disappointed.

                                          Exceptional service! I purchased a Volvo V60 online from over 250 miles away about a month ago, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. All calls were answered promptly, and Van and his team handled every detail with professionalism and care. After a long train journey, Danny kindly collected me from the station in the car itself, which was spotlessly clean. He then took me for a lovely test drive along the coast back to their offices. Elliot was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions, walking me through the tech (even lending me a cable to test CarPlay), and ensuring I was completely comfortable. Purchased a car in February from here, the staff were all excellent with what I wanted, and I was able to pick the car up when needed. A couple of weeks later I noticed a light came on advising for a gear box service, this is when I thought I would get no help however I contacted the garage and they got my car straight in and sent to a bmw specialist and the problem fixed within 2 days with no cost to myself , being a woman these things can be quite daunting with cars however I was fully assured they are always there to help not just when buying the car but with the aftercare too. Highly recommend , thank you

                                                              It's a real shame you can't give more than 5 stars. I've just picked up (another) new car from Hartlepool Motor Company. I think this is number four now. and every experience has been brilliant which is why i keep coming back. Van and his team are fantastic. There's no hard sales nonsense at all. When I first spoke to him, he didn't have the car I was looking for in stock. Instead of trying to push me towards something else, (like most Garages do) he simply said to keep popping in because my requirements weren't difficult (Estate: BMW, Audi or Mercedes) he'd actually sold one that fitted my-bill a few days before. I didn't have to wait long. Within two weeks Van called to say he might have something. It was perfect, a Mercedes estate in mint condition and I couldn't be happier with the whole process. Dealing with Hartlepool Motor Company makes it very difficult to go anywhere else. Six stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ See you in 18 months for number five! Thank you Van and the Team at Hartlepool Motor Company.

                                                                                                Elliott and Van were so easy to deal with,I went in Tuesday to price up a Kia Sportage on the forecourt which was out of my budget but saw a lovely nissan qashqai,I asked Elliott what deal he could do on it for me,Van joined the conversation and we agreed a deal and I was happy with the px offer.Today I picked the car up again Elliott and Van couldn't do enough sorting out tax and log book so nothing more to do than enjoy the car.                                                                                                     My purchase of my Kia sportage was handled efficiently by all staff concerned ,initially Danny who promised the vehicle would be delivered to my home town of Redcar allowing my partner and i to test drive .Even though we had nearly purchased another vehicle from another garage ,i was so happy that the owner phoned and said the vehicle was parked at his home for a test drive ! I thanked him for the great service and after the test dive ,we decided to change our minds and buy the sportage . Van serviced the vehicle and mot was provided .Danny done a great job of valeting and we were good to go.
